Yes & no, set up is always included as part of your rental however delivery is not included. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
We understand parties run a little late and carry on thru the night. If you are planning on having a party that will go past 7pm we have the option to rent overnight until 9AM for only 20% more. Any rentals overnight past 9am are 50% more for a WHOLE second day!
Our rentals are for the day. You can select how many hours you need when making the reservation online if you do not need the full day. Our earliest drop off time is 9am and latest pickup is 7pm.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or in some cases the day before depending availability. If this is the case, we will call the Thursday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
No. Bumble Bounce cleans and sanitizes each inflatable before every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker or pose a safty risk so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Some parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must verify that the park has a power outlet of 20amps before placing reservation. If the park does not supply power, you must provide your own generator for your rental. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
You will receive full refund of your deposit if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. For weather related cancellations we know that it rains here in SWFL almost everyday, if you decide you would like to cancel 2-6 days prior to your rental we will issue you a rain check that is good for up to a year. Once we set up and payment is made there are no refunds due to rain.
Yes, we require a 20% deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-6 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. cancellations made the day before or day of are automatic forfeit of deposits due to inability to re-rent on short notice.
Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and the stability straps on each side and can not rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. Please have a flat even path leading all the way from where we unload from the tailer to where your inflatable will be set up in order to dolly the unit. please call our office to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access through gates for bouncers and combos and 6 feet for large slides to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks/gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Yes. There is a link in your Email receipt once you've ordered & will also go over with and sign the contract with rules on drop off.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds&rain, bringing substances or objects in/on the inflatable, rough play ect.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the inflatable/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
